Welcome to my new blog

Having ridiculed bloggers for years (especially "blog Kingsley-Smith") here I am. I thought this may be a good way of keeping in touch with you and so we can see how it goes. I hope you have had a good week. Looking back over the week, I loved the church lunch (I opted for the Thai chicken soup) and so a big thank you to all of the team who did that especially Erin. Lovely brownies as well. I am trying to go on a bit of a health drive but it is not working so far!
Would love any comments on last week's Soak as well. I enjoyed the more chilled out vibe with a bit of space but I know that some people hate that. Wasn't that soundtrack annoying though of the traffic? It did my head in!
Watched the Da Vinci code on Tuesday night which I enjoyed more than I thought I was going to because the reviews were terrrible. Although it is an incredibly long film. Why are films getting longer and longer? (I had to get a baby sitter for two nights). Even so it was okay if a little laboured.

By the way we are trying to improve the lighting in the church. Particularly the evening service can be a bit stark and so we are trying to dim the effect a bit. Let me know what you think. Having said that we dont want to look like we are trying too hard so any feedback would be appreciated
